The TLAM Project was happy to present its new poster, Convening Great Lakes Culture Keepers: Bringing Together LIS Students and Tribal Librarians, Archivists, and Museum Curators Through Continuing Education, at the ALA Office of Literacy and Outreach Services’ Diversity and Outreach Fair in Las Vegas this weekend.
The poster shares our IMLS-funded project to incorporate Indigenous information issues in LIS education by creating learning and networking opportunities for regional tribal cultural workers. To learn more, check out these posts by awesome SLIS students.
And, by the way, we won second place!! Thank you Demco for the $100 gift certificate.
